DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION  At the factory, the rake is fully assembled and operationally tested, then loaded on a  flatbed tractor trailer and shipped to the site. It will be shipped as completely assembled as possible, dependent upon site specific conditions. The installer shall have a crane of adequate size to lift the machine and place it on the rail. If the boom is not installed, it will have to be reinstalled prior to powering up the machine. The rail locks must be installed on all four wheels of the machine.  Finally the electrical festoon system is connected to the trash rake. The connection shown is a 480V, 3 phase connection. There are numerous options and methods available for connecting the electrical system to the machine. Retractable reels or loop style festoons are popular.
